Programmable temperature alarm system with digital temperature probe and Relay output. Measures Temperatures from -67°F to +254°F. Relay output is rated @ 10 amps 125VAC. Alarm temperature is set via dials on the rear panel. No menu system to navigate. Various options are set with a DIP switch, such as: Alarm On/Off, Positive going alarm (getting warmer), Negative going alarm (getting cooler). Auto vs. Manual alarm reset, etc. Internal piezo sounds when alarm has been triggered along with light pipe lit red. A press of the red button on the front panel silences the piezo. This button cancels the alarm when the system is set to manual reset. A long press on the red front panel button displays the current alarm threshold temperature when the system is not in alarm. When the system is set for Auto Reset the alarm will reset after the temperature rises (or falls) .4 degrees past the trigger temperature. The alarm threshold can be set to a resolution of .1 degrees, however the temperature probe does not offer high enough resolution to support this for all temperatures. So a resolution of +/- .3 degrees can be relied upon. System operates on 12 volts DC.
